Criteria to Return an Item

• Returns must be logged within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be in re-saleable condition, in original packaging with all labels attached
• Any free promotional gifts must also be included in the return

How to Return
Email online@jsport.co.za with your order number and preferred refund method (store voucher or refund)

Return Courier Fee
A fee of R99 is payable to book a return

Processing Time
Once the item is inspected and the return is validated, the refund or voucher is processed within approximately 5 working days

Joma Sport reserves the right to refuse a return if the conditions or procedure aren't followed.

Free shipping for orders over R1500 and R99 for orders under R1500

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME 

Regional Centres – Please allow 3-4 working days from date of cleared payment.

Outerlying Areas – 5-6 working days from date of cleared payment.

Deliveries will only be processed within RSA

No delivery to postal addresses will be accepted    

We ship across the whole South Africa, but not internationally.
